The Global Education and Careers Forum (GECF) is an international not-for-profit consortium of educators, institutions, government bodies, and mission-driven organisations committed to preparing India's youth for the 21st-century global economy.
GECF's institutional credibility is reinforced by its founding and strategic partnerships with leading government and academic bodies. The Department of Collegiate and Technical Education, Government of Telangana, serves as a founding partner, reflecting strong public sector trust and alignment.
This foundation is further strengthened through collaboration with Osmania University, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTU Hyderabad), and the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) — among India's most respected higher education authorities.
In parallel, GECF maintains strategic partnerships with globally respected organisations such as Campus France, Enterprise Ireland, and Global Wales. These alliances strengthen academic cooperation, facilitate institutional linkages, and create structured pathways connecting India's students and institutions with leading global education ecosystems.
Nearly 100 higher education institutions in India and internationally are part of the GECF consortium, creating a strong global network that promotes academic collaboration, student mobility, and institutional partnerships aligned with global standards and workforce needs.
GECF operates on principles of credibility, neutrality, and impact. We facilitate global academic engagement through faculty exchange, institutional partnerships, and structured student pathways. We support collaborative research, joint academic initiatives, and long-term institutional cooperation. We foster a culture of internationalisation aligned with global academic standards and national priorities. We nurture globally aware, confident, and future-ready students.
"Team GECF is immensely passionate about positioning Young Indians as globally competent professionals in developed economies facing an ageing workforce, through structured Study Abroad pathways and Post-Study Work opportunities."
